The subdivision housing is the larger share of our work here. These are homes built between 1990 and 2010 with complex rooflines and original builder-grade shingles now reaching the end of a life shorter than the homeowner expected.

What those jobs involve:

Metal coatings on the remaining farm structures. Limited commercial application.

On the subdivision side there is effectively no low-slope area, so coatings rarely enter the residential conversation here. Where they do come up is on detached shops and pole buildings, which are common on the larger Auburn parcels and are almost always metal.
